The Consulting and Training Division of the Learning to CARE Institute provides consulting and training for NGOs and public sector agencies in volunteer recruitment and management; for companies in developing their employee volunteering programs; and for educational institutions in developing their volunteering and community service programs. All training and consulting services are custom-fit to the needs of the organization or institution we are working with. We can provide these services in Arabic or English or in either language with bilingual PowerPoint slides and written materials.

- Establish or to improve an existing volunteer management program
- Prepare forms, policies, and other tools related to volunteer program

- Help ministries of education and school networks develop Learning to CARE Programs based on the LTC book
- Help school/university personnel to set up and manage any of five community service and volunteering programs for their students (or improve existing programs)
